PRIVATE BETA TERMS

A testing environment for real families.

These preliminary beta participation terms explain what the early ASK ONCE experience is and isn't. Final consumer terms will be reviewed before a paid public launch.

Who can participate

The family beta is invite-only. An adult parent or guardian must create or approve a family workspace and authorize use by participating children. Each invited adult should use their own login.

What is provided

ASK ONCE provides experimental chore management, reminders, parent approvals, reward tracking and related features. Features may change, pause or be unavailable while we test. We do not guarantee notification timing, delivery or uninterrupted access.

Safety and parental responsibility

Parents remain responsible for their children's safety, supervision, schedules and financial arrangements. Do not rely on ASK ONCE for emergency communications, health or safety-critical tasks. Future device restrictions will require separate testing, permissions and safety safeguards.

Money and subscriptions

Rewards and balances are records only. ASK ONCE does not hold deposits, operate a bank account or transfer money. Parents must send payments outside the app and confirm them manually. The private pilot currently has no subscription charge. Public prices are not yet announced.

Feedback and data

We welcome feedback and bug reports. Please avoid sharing sensitive personal information about children in support messages. See the Privacy Notice for information about data used in the pilot.

Before public release

These are preliminary pilot disclosures, not a final consumer subscription agreement. Additional policies, parental consent controls, account deletion tools and legal review are required before broader commercial release.
