PERSONALIZED SUPPORT Β· FAMILY BETA

Three ways to support a growing teen.

ASK ONCE is about accountability with encouragement. Families can mix school goals, multiple sports and personal interests β€” without turning the phone into another source of nagging.

πŸ’š BOOST

Confidence and healthy habits

Choose confidence, kindness or everyday habits. ASK ONCE rotates reviewed encouragement, and parents can add one-time personal notes.

πŸ† SPORTS

Multiple sports, different seasons

Choose multiple sports, such as baseball and basketball, and update the selection as interests change. Automatic season dates are still planned.

πŸ“š STUDY

Schoolwork without the nightly battle

Homework assignments already fit the task system. Teens can use an optional focus timer, while future encouragement can connect effort today with goals such as graduation or college.

Personalize everyday reminders, too

In the family app, open Quick reminder, choose a recipient and select Positive note. Write your own encouragement or start with an editable sports, school or confidence idea. Choose a time and schedule it as a one-time note. Teens can create private encouragement for themselves, too.

Parents can already assign homework as a task. An optional focus timer is available in the teen experience; automatic app blocking and school-platform integrations are not active.

Future encouragement would be opt-in, age-appropriate, adjustable and quiet during school or sleep. No shaming or grade comparisons.

Sports that fit their interests

The beta offers 12 sports and activities in the saved support plan. A larger selection and automatic season changes are planned. Messages are about preparation, teamwork, recovery and consistency β€” not pressure to win.

Simple controls, not more complexity

One child profile

Choose any combination of Boost, Sports and Study. Each is optional, and parents can change preferences later.

Gentle default frequency

Off until enabled. Choose up to two or three encouragements a week, or one per selected day. Set a daytime/evening window; teens can pause automatic support.

Useful school goals

Homework check-ins and focus blocks can support school routines. We would not require grades to be shared or publicly rank children.

Curated, age-appropriate language

Messages should be reviewed for accuracy and tone. No shaming, fear, grade comparisons, unrealistic promises or medical claims.

What is real today?

One-time positive notes, personal reminders, chore and homework tasks, parent approval and the teen's optional focus timer are available for beta testing. Saved support plans now schedule reviewed encouragement and homework check-ins automatically. Choose sports, topics, days and timing in Encouragement & homework. AI wording, photo proof and entertainment-app blocking remain future work.

The scheduler and privacy controls have been tested. Phone delivery still needs real-device beta testing. Ask your teen what feels useful and adjust the frequency together.
